Casa del Mar is a gorgeous 3 bedroom oceanfront vacation rental located in the gate community of Playacar Phase 1, just 8 minutes walking from Playa del Carmen (or a 2 minute taxi ride), with it’s many great restaurants and bars. It is located next to several other vacation rentals that RivieramayaWEB promote which may be booked together making it ideal for small gathering and a great choice for large groups.

The Villa has a stylish open plan Living/Lounge, with terrace doors opening out to the terrace which overlooks the marvellous Caribbean ocean!! It is very comfortable place to gather with friends and family to socialize, star gaze, suntan or enjoy a perfect “Al Fresco” dining! . It features fully air-conditioned 3 bedrooms villa with a beautiful and well equipped kitchen, dining and living area and large exterior patio decks. The one story vacation rental has stunning ocean views from every room in the house including the kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the master bedroom which has sliding glass doors opening directly to the patio.

The three bedrooms all have private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV with satellite. One guest bedroom also has TV with an additional satellite dish and queen bed. The other guest bedroom has 2 individual beds which may be joined for use as a king bed. The dining and living area are quite spacious and open allowing you to enjoy the incredible beauty of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, pristine white beaches and azure sky.

Rental Rates 2010/ 2011

Rates are in US dollars and not included 12% of taxes (Personal Currency Assistant™)
$500 Security deposit plus 50% of rental to reserve - balance due 60 days prior your arrival
Security deposit is fully refundable less US dollars 25 per processing fee, 15 days after check-out
Rate includes 3 cleaning sessions per week, more are available upon request
Cancellation policies apply and depend on each property.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Weekly rates are based on 6 people occupancy, max 8 persons
Additional charge per extra person (30 US dollar p/person p/ night) above normal occupancy
Minimum 3 night’s stay
Christmas, New Year and Major Holidays, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only
Payment Methods include: wire transfer ($25.00 fee), bank deposit and credit card by pay pal (add 5%)
