This tranquil and spacious Mexican beach style vacation rental features 8 bedroom and 5 bathrooms that can accommodates parties up to 16 people. It is located in Playacar Phase 1, the gated residential community inside Playa del Carmen; just 25 Steps from the beach, and only 7 minute walking to downtown Playa.

It features breathtaking ocean views from the master bedroom as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, terraces, rooftop patio as well a private swimming pool overlooking Caribbean. Each of the 8 suites has a large private bath, with king size bed and plenty of closet space. You will find a larger than full size kitchen that is appointed to accommodat­e everyone.

This oceanfront vacation home is over 7000 square feet of interior space. The villa décor is peaceful and understated with spacious rooms and comfortable accommodations. It also has ample exterior spaces like balconies, porches, patios and garden areas perfect for entertaining friends and family. There are ocean views from most of the areas and roof terrace.

Casas del Sol | Casa Vista has a beautiful private rooftop pool and a huge patio that is wonderful for relaxing on our chaise lounges with a favourite novel and a cool beverage. The large and fully functional kitchen that this villa offers makes food and snack prep easy while spending a lazy afternoon at the pool.

The large swath of Caribbean Beach directly in front of this stunning home has no rocks or coral and gives travellers wandering incentive to take long strolls along the shore, to invite family to swim in the warm water, have a beach picnic, take a parasail, take a beach nap, get a suntan, go for a snorkel and in general just to relax.

Perfect for large groups or families and few steps from the beautiful Caribbean ocean Casa Vista is ideal to relax and have fun. With its sister Casa Alta Vista are the perfect place for a special event likes wedding, anniversary, company trip due to we can accommodate groups that require up to 16 bedrooms (32 people). Minimum rental period is 4 nights.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Rental can be cancelled for full refund less US$350.00 handling fee up to 90 days prior to check-in date.
