There is nothing better than a real beach front home – and Casa Orilla del Mar isn’t just any beach front home.  It is right on top of a stretch of pure white sand and it has panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.  Take a glance out of one of the many windows and see miles of iridescent blue.  If this is your first time here, it will simply blow you away.

The house fits in perfectly with the surroundings.  It has wide open archways, and a stone path with plant borders leading you from the side of the building to the gigantic private patio.  Relax in the shade under the overhang, or step out and take in the sun on one of the blue and white striped deck chairs.  In the afternoon, read a book or take a nap in the hammock.  Orilla del Mar literally means ‘at the sea’s edge’ and indeed the water is so close you could almost dive out of the hammock in to the ocean. 

The house has lovely high ceilings, and has been tastefully decorated with glass tables, wooden furniture, and cream couches.  The large glass windows make the most of the view and provide access to the fresh sea air.  The house has recently been renovated and contains all new decorations, state of the art kitchen appliances, and a satellite TV.

Casa Orilla del Mar is located in the secure, tranquil, resort of Playacar Phase I.  It is also just along the beach from the beginning of Playa del Carmen’s famous 5^th Avenue.  Playa del Carmen offers a wealth of restaurants, bars and shopping.  Everything you could possibly want is just a short walk away.  The house is also just two blocks from Playacar’s amazing golf course.  The beauty of this location is that you are close to everything and yet you feel miles away.

Rental Rates 2010/2011

Rates are in US dollars and not included 12% of taxes (Personal Currency Assistant™)

$ 500 Security deposit (open voucher to be signed) plus 50% of rental to reserve - balance due 60 days prior your arrival

Security deposit is fully refundable less US dollars 25 per processing fee, 15 days after check-out

Rate includes 3 cleaning sessions per week, more are available upon request

Weekly rates are based on 6 people occupancy, max 8 persons

Additional charge per extra person (30 US dollar p/person p/ night) above normal occupancy

From Christmas to April 30th, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday ONLY
