Villa La Roca is a three-story 6 bedroom, 6 bath vacation rental that sits proudly on the shore of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico, a small gated luxury community. It is one of few private homes in the area with the oceanfront at it’s door step. The interior design is simply amazing. Walk through the large cedro wood door and enter the foyer... cathedral ceilings, marble floors, collections of fine art, an enormous window with a view of the waterfront and infinity pool. The kitchen alone would make any chef in awe. The villa is complete with surround sound inside and out for your enjoyment.

Living quarters are far from shy in their elaborate comfort ability. The grande master bedroom and bathroom is located on the third floor with its own exclusive roof top deck. Watch the stars or sunbathe in the privacy where only birds are in view. There are two bedrooms located on each wing of the house, totalling four. Two are located on the pool deck and two are on the second floor with a wrap around balcony. The fifth bedroom is in it’s own separate casita. Fully equipped with its own private entrance, television, mini fridge and bathroom. This casita is great for teenagers, nannies or a quiet space for the grandparents.

RENTAL RATES 2010/ 2011

Rates are in US dollars and not included 12% of taxes (Personal Currency Assistant™)
$750 Security deposit plus 50% of rental to reserve - balance due 60 days prior your arrival
Security deposit is fully refundable less US dollars 25 per processing fee, 15 days after check-out
Rate includes 3 cleaning sessions per week, more are available upon request
Cancellation policies apply and depend on each property.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Weekly rates are based on 12 people occupancy, max 14 persons
Additional charge per extra person (150 US dollar p/person p/ night) above normal occupancy
Minimum 3 night’s stay
From Christmas to April 30th, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only
Reservations require a 50% RENTAL DEPOSIT within 7 DAYS of booking for confirmation.
The BALANCE of RENTAL and the $750 SECURITY DEPOSIT must be received within 60 DAYS prior to the arrival date.
Payment Methods include: wire transfer ($25.00 fee), bank deposit (inside Mexico) and credit card through pay pal (add 5%)

Private Pool: Simply amazing pool that runs as a walkway from the steps to the infinity edge. Gradually deepens from 2ft-4ft.
Kitchen Full Kitchen: Chef's dream. Kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals or hire the cook to prepare them for you.
Cooking Utensils Provided: The kitchen is fully equipped with any tool you could imagine. Coffee machine, blender, toaster, drink blender, full set of knifes.
Refrigerator: Full size refrigerator with a reverse osmosis filtering system (for both water and ice). There is a separate mini fridge in the casita. Whirlpool wine cooler in the main kitchen... you need it stocked?

OTHER AMENITIES:

This owner has covered every little detail. They have provided a membership to the Omni Resort for guests to have access to the private sandy beach at the Omni, free internet, use of all swimming pools and swim up bars, and many other amenities. No additional charge for this amenity.
