Casa Callaway is one of the most exquisite beachfront villas in Playacar Phase 1, a subdivision of Playa del Carmen, 45 minutes south of Cancun International Airport. This modern-styled, exclusive property features 3 bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. Bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with king size beds and ceiling fans. All of them have direct access to the terrace. Living room and dining room are beautifully decorated with modern design furniture including a crystal dining table for six, wooden floor and wide, cosy sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances. A big television screen, satellite television, CD / DVD player are available. Casa Callaway is located directly on the beach. It features private swimming pool with impressive view of the Caribbean Sea. Staying at Casa Callaway provides you astonishing views on the crystal clear waters of the Mexican Caribbean
Either at the beach or at the terrace, beach chairs are provided. There is wireless Internet access. Maid service is provided 6 days a week.

While the house comfortably sleeps 6, each of the 3 bedrooms has a sleeper sofa to accommodate children. We respectfully ask for no spring breakers and no more than 6 adults occupy this home. The daily maid will keep the property neat and tidy while you while away the days on the Mayan Riviera from the comfort of this luxury villa.

$500 Security deposit plus 50% of rental to reserve - balance due 60 days prior your arrival

Security deposit is fully refundable less US dollars 25 per processing fee, 15 days after check-out

Rate includes 3 cleaning sessions per week, more are available upon request

Weekly rates are based on 6 people occupancy, max 8 persons

Additional charge per extra person (30 US dollar p/person p/ night) above normal occupancy

Minimum 3 night’s stay

From Christmas to April 30th, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only

Payment Methods include: wire transfer ($25.00 fee), bank deposit and credit card by pay pal (add 5%)
