Villa Paraiso is a brand new 4 BDRM vacation rental situated on the second row lot with an easy beach access to the street just 2 minute walking. Villa Paraiso features 2 levels, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. It accommodates up to 8 persons. Master bedroom is upstairs and the other 3 are downstairs. Master bedroom features a king size bed and is beautifully decorated. Breathtaking ocean views can be enjoyed from here or from the balconies. Two of the other bedrooms have a two twin beds and the last one has 1 king size bed. For your comfort, each bedroom is air conditioned. The house features ceiling fans, satellite television, DVD / CD player, and VCR in every bedroom.

As you enter Villa Paraiso, you will find a lovely and bright living area, in front of the dining room. Next to it, the kitchen features a nice counter. Villa Paraiso offers a private swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. The pool is easily accessible through the sliding doors in the living room. Laundry facilities are placed in a separate room, next to the kitchen. A BBQ grill is available upon request to organize great gatherings. Maid service is provided six times a week, as well as linens and towels. A safety box is included. Off the street parking place is available.
