The house features satellite television, DVD/CD Player, VCR and Wireless Internet. Vista del Mar is brand new with modern architecture and decoration. Its décor is simplistic with use of elegant red wood. Kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances.
The ground floor is divided with living room, dinning room, kitchen with hidden laundry area and the 3 bedrooms/bathrooms. Second floor consist of master bedroom/bathroom and huge ocean view terrace with access to 3rd floor sun roof. Private 3 ft swimming pool is at entrance of villa. A BBQ is available upon request. Maid service is provided as well as linens and towels. A safety box is included. Off the street parking place is available.
At Casa Vista del Mar you can relax by the pool, enjoy the beach, or take a short ten minute stroll in to the town of Playa del Carmen. If you feel like a bit more action, Playa del Carmen is the place to be. It has a large number of bars, restaurants, shops and beach clubs just 6 - 8 minutes walking.
