Casa Chaac is truly a great vacation home with its ample living space and bedrooms, great ocean view and proximity to the beach, patio and private pool!  It features 4 bedrooms 4 bath and it is a great choice for families and large groups with its friendly atmosphere and ideal location within 2 minutes walking to the beach and just 5 minutes walking from 5 ave and Playa del Carmen. It sits on 4 lots in Playacar Phase 1 in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico so few homes in this exclusive community can boast of having such a large and lush garden.

The master bedroom has a king bed; there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and 1 loft bedroom with 4 sets of twins. Each bedroom has a private bath, air-conditioner and ceiling fans. The study has a DSL line and a phone line (local calls only but great for credit cards calls!).
The dining room table seats 8 adults, the living area is furnished with Sunbrella covered sofa, loveseat and large chair. The kitchen fit over, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, coffee maker and toaster and utility room is fully equipped including a full size washer and dryer;

Sliding doors lead to a terrace with table and chairs and sofa to enable dining and relaxation up to 10 people overlooking the sea. A full view of the ocean is seen from the kitchen, living and dining area through large sliding doors. 

Another reason to keep it in mind… Casa Chaac is one of the few ocean-view beach villa that owner permit hosting weddings and receptions in the Playacar Phase 1 area so If you are planning a wedding, we know that Casa Chaac will be perfect for you and your group due to is perfect for gatherings of family and friends.
