Casa Irlanda is a comfortable one-level colonial style vacation rental with ocean view, a private pool and a great access to the beach that has been recently renovated with new set of sofas, decoration items and kitchen appliances

Casa Irlanda has a large open plan living room comfortably furnished in hardwood and cane with handicrafts and ethnics articles. The living room has sliding doors opening out onto the pool and has lovely views over the pool, adjoining patio and Caribbean ocean.

The fully air-conditioned vacation villa can be rented as a 4 bedroom villa or a 3 bedroom villa. As a 3 Bedroom, Casa Irlanda sleeps 6 people and has 3 Bathrooms. You are provided with linens, as well as beach and bath towels. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom with bath tub. It has all amenities you need - a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the living room and dining area with space for 8 people, an ample-sized living room with two sets of sofas, and for your indoor entertainment there is satellite TV, a DVD player and CD player. If you are traveling with kids a cot, roll away bed and highchair are also available. You will find the private pool next to this lovely vacation villa patio which is furnished and has a big BBQ grill. A staircase leads up to the roof top terrace, for an even more extensive ocean view. The house is well equipped for either families with kids or perhaps half a dozen adults looking for somewhere special to celebrate a birthday or wedding anniversary.

The top of it, the location! The house sits in a special location just a short stroll from the beach so a pathway leads (less than 1 minute walking) you across the road where you will encounter the beautiful Caribbean Sea for which Playa del Carmen is well known. Just less than 9 minutes walking will get to Playa del Carmen and dinning options.
