Casa Grande is the perfect place to relax and have fun. Casa Grande is a beach front vacation rental located in Playacar Phase 1. Walk only a few steps from your front door to arrive at the beautiful crystalline beach of Playa del Carmen.

Stay at home and just relax at Casa Grande’s private swimming pool or spend the day at the beach, later return home for a BBQ on the grill provided for you, then go upstairs to the rooftop Jacuzzi and enjoy the twinkling lights of Cozumel Island. Water seems to surround Casa Grande with the magnificent Caribbean in front, beach view jacuzzi on top and swimming pool behind the house. The pool has a small sun deck with chaise lounges, plus a table and chairs for casual dining at pool-side.

Inside on the lower level are the living room, kitchen and two of the four bedrooms. The living room has two posh L shaped couches, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, and the living room is air conditioned. The two downstairs bedrooms are individually air conditioned. Each has one queen bed, satellite TV service and its own marble bathroom with shower. The two upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a stairway from the dining room to the second floor landing, near the top of the cathedral ceiling.

The first bedroom has two single trundle beds, each with an additional roll-away single bed underneath, plus satellite TV and a private bathroom. Next is the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite master bathroom and private terrace. Both of these two bedrooms are on the same level as the rooftop Jacuzzi terrace for easy access.

The rooftop terrace is a very nice feature, designed to take full advantage of the terrific beach view. On the ocean side is an elevated Jacuzzi that's great day or night. There is also a picnic table with shade umbrella for meals and snacks, and a couple of chaise lounges for tanning sessions.

From here, a ten minute stroll north up the beach will put you in central Playa del Carmen by the ferry dock and Señor Frog's. From there most of Playa is within easy walking distance, including Quinta Avenida (5th Av.), for lots of shopping and dining options, water sports and much more. Drive time from the house to central Playa is less than 5 minutes.

Casa Grande is truly a great vacation home with patio and private pool. And the best of all, just crossing the street you will find the ocean Caribbean. It is located next to several other homes that RivieramayaWEB promote which may be booked together making it ideal for small gathering and a great choice for large groups.

Rates are in US dollars and not included 12% of taxes (Personal Currency Assistant™)

$500 Security deposit plus 50% of rental to reserve - balance due 60 days prior your arrival

Weekly rates are based on 8 people occupancy, max 10 persons.

Additional charge per extra person (30 US dollar p/person p/ night) above normal occupancy

From Christmas to April 30th, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only
