This gorgeous vacation villa is situated in Playacar Phase 1, one of the most sought after areas in Playacar which is located just 180 feet from the beach and a 13 min walk from Playa del Carmen's famous 5th avenue and Paseo del Carmen shopping Mall. It has an amazing view of the Caribbean ocean and Cozumel from one of more than 1000 Square feet of terraces.

Casa Los Charcos has a floor-length sliding glass pocket doors open to the pool with Infinity-edge and Venetian tile; the living room has a handcrafted brick boveda ceiling. It offers a secluded master suite with fantastic ocean views, private terrace with Jacuzzi and seating area. At night from your bed you can see the Cozumel island lights, the in suite large bath has a bathtub, his and hers shower and a large closet this home has Four guest suites, each with its own in suite private bath. The rooftop has a barbeque and seating area, at night watch the sunset or the lights twinkling in the distance.

Value Season - July 16, 2010 to August 30, 2010

All Rates are PER DAY in US$ and not included 12% of taxes (Personal Currency Assistant™)

All rates include full private house and property use, daily maid service and maintenance. 

The security deposit has to be at least $1,500.USD and it can be raised depending from the age and number of the guests.

Security deposit plus 50% of rental to reserve - balance due 60 days prior your arrival

Security deposit is fully refundable less US dollars 25 per processing fee, 15 days after check-out

Deposits for the period 15th December to 15th January are not refundable.

Cancellation policies apply and depend on each property.

Weekly rates are based on 6 people occupancy, max 8 persons

Additional charge per extra person (30 US dollar p/person p/ night) above normal occupancy

Minimum 3 night’s stay does not include Holidays.

From Christmas to April 30th, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only
