Eight vacationers can lodge comfortably at this 3 BDRM rental villa in Playa del Carmen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, access to a private bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
The spacious dining room and living room areas easily accommodate eight people. When you are not swimming in the private pool you can use the free tennis courts as part of the gated community or take an evening stroll among ancient Mayan ruins just a few blocks away. There are plenty of things to do and see in this area. This is the perfect vacation rental for a big family or even family reunions.

From Christmas to April 30th, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
Cancellations and deposit refunds
100% refund (minus a $50 USD handling fee) - If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.
50% refund (minus a $50 USD handling fee) - If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
No refunds - If cancelled within 30 days of arrival or in the event of an early departure
