How does our weekly rental service works?

First of all let us know the length of your planned stay, the type of accommodation you want (budget, mid-priced, luxury) and the number of people coming. Once you let us know your proposal, one of our family vacation advisors will contact you to provide you a bespoke proposal. When you finally have reached a decision, your vacation specialist will send you the rental agreement and when the payment is received, you will receive the reservation confirmation.

 

Does it cost more if I book my vacation villa or family vacation package through RivieramayaWEB?
Absolutely not! We earn our commission from the source, not from our clients. In fact, we offer special price breaks, discounts and special deals.

 

Reservation Procedure

Select the vacation villa, activity or service and make your reservation request. As soon as we get the inquiry we will reconfirm villa availability with the owner or check service availability for your requested dates. If the villa or service is available, we will contact you with and send you the rental agreement with payment instructions.

 

Reservation Policies:

·                 Rates listed are exclusively valid for the inquiry date.

·                 They are subject to change and will only be honored as shown on the website if the service requested is confirmed.

·                 All reservations are subject to availability at the moment of your request.

·                 No confirmation can be issued until full payment for the requested service has been made.

·                 All reservation needs to be checking the availability with the service operator before a confirmation can be issued to you.

Please note that this verification and confirmation process may take up to, and never more than, 48 hours.

·                 In order to avoid inconveniences, please make a printout of your reservation and have it ready for check-in to the reserved service.

  

Confirmation Procedure:

To confirm your reservation we require 50% of rental to reserve and balance due 60 days prior your arrival. After we have received the payment confirmation, we will e-mail you a confirmation. Please print out your confirmation for your records.

 

I am ready to book, what do I have to do?

Contact us and work with one of vacation specialist adviser to handle your plan. This person will be responsible from beginning to end on ensuring your satisfaction. Select a method of Payment (PayPal or Wire Transfer) in order to secure your booking and let it know to you travel adviser.

 

How do I know that it is safe to book a house with RivieramayaWEB?

Payment Options:

The amount corresponding to your reservation could be paid by credit card through Pay Pal or wire transfer 60 days prior to your arrival.

 

What is Paypal and how does Paypal work?

PayPal is the world's largest online payment network, serving over 50 million members in 38 countries. With PayPal, you can pay anyone using your credit card or checking account. With PayPal, you can send payments through the internet. Once you sign up for PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address using the money from your PayPal balance or another funding option of your choose and will be notified by email that you have sent the payment.

 

I never use Paypal, how do I sign up for Paypal?

Go to www.paypal.com and just click the Sign Up button at the top of the PayPal home page. After you fill out the registration form, they'll send you an email to confirm that you receive messages at that email address. Once you confirm your email address, you account is activated. Our e-mail address for PayPal payments is silvia.orrego@rivieramayaweb.com. If you will make or made a payment to us, using PayPal, your Credit Card Statement will reflect charges from 'PAYPAL PAYMENT'

 

Cancellation Policies

RivieramayaWEB will refund the deposits received according to the supplier's policies. (Property manager, Car Rental or Tour Operator involved). For group cancellations, RivieramayaWEB will process the  cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to group's arrival, otherwise refunds will be subject to any supplier's policies involved in our tours programs and packages. Cancellations made 45 days less prior to client's arrival, no refund will apply.


Rates included flights tickets or not?
