Our local partner Capt. Rick's sport fishing center offers the best fishing in Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya area right outside Puerto Aventuras Marina. Boat for 3 people starting at 275 US Dollars and the best of all; you don’t need to bring your equipment for catch and release; we will provide everything you need.
Boats from a 56’ Ocean Yacht (max 15 fishermen) to a 23' Seacraft (max 3 fishermen) are available; all captains are English speaking and have at least 10 years experience fishing these grounds so they will assist you in having the sailing and fishing experience of your life, regardless of your ability within a few minutes of simple instructions.
A range of catering is available. We offer a choice of delicious foods and beverages, as well as a bar service with alcohol should you desire it. During your fishing trip you are welcome to take a break from fishing and do some snorkelling. There is no extra charge for snorkelling so just bring your own snorkelling gear and underwater camera and enjoy it!! We highly recommend that you fish with your family and loved ones because you are welcome to take a break from fishing and do some snorkelling with the kids or simply relax sitting on the boat having great family memories.

By confirming a fishing trip you agree to the below TERMS and CONDITIONS of Capt Ricks Sport Fishing
1. Deposit/Payment- This deposit/payment is for fishing charters and services purchased through Capt Ricks Sport Fishing in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico.
2. Reservations- A completed reservation request and a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
3. Cancellations- When you cancel a booking the deposit is forfeited.
4. Insurance- It is strongly advised that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, at the time of booking. This is protection against an emergency that may cause a passenger to cancel their trip or leave from a trip while it is in progress.
5. Medical Information- Participation in a Capt Ricks Sport Fishing Adventure requires that you are in good health. It is essential that any persons with any medical requirements make them known to us before departure.
6. Liability- Capt Ricks Sport Fishing charters fishing vessels and crew, and is not responsible for weather conditions, the sea or the fishing. This is some of the greatest fishing waters around but we cannot be responsible for your catch.
