Tostadas - Fried tortilla with beans, chicken, lettuce, cheese and cream
Lamb or beef filet in Chile sauce - Served with sweet potatoes pure and vegetable slabs
Neapolitan Flan - Mexican Flan with cajeta sauce and ice cream

Flautas - Fried tortilla stuffed with chicken, salsa and cream
Huaraches - Big plumb tortilla with two different kinds of salsa and cheese
Veracruz Fish Style - Papillote fish baked with traditional ingredients.
Rice pudding - Served in martini glasses served with nuts and cinnamon

Marinara mussels - Mussels cocked with garlic parsley and with wine

Holidays: 20 % extra
Grocery list is not included, 15 % of the cost of the ticket.

You MUST make reservations ahead of time or you risk that the cook is already booked for another vacation rental

Cancellation will result in a 50% charge of cook fee. The $50 US Dollars grocery money will be refunded in full if no groceries have been purchased before your cancellation
